Connecting your Ricoh fax machine to
your corporate network enables documents to be delivered in digital
form. This provides many additional capabilities that can help increase

Once connected to your local-area network, your Ricoh fax machine
can act as a Network Scanner for PC's also on the LAN.
The Transfer Request function saves you money on phone charges by
delivering international fax messages via the Internet. Messages can
then be received on a local fax machine.
Functions such as Auto Routing and Fax Forwarding enable the routing
of inbound faxes to email addresses. Fax recipients no longer have
to leave their desk to receive their fax. And, because the fax is
